Derivatisierung und Ionenpaarreagenzien werden oft zur Verbesserung der Performance eingesetzt, k\u00f6nnen das Ger\u00e4t jedoch nachteilig beeinflussen und zus\u00e4tzliche Probenvorbereitungszeit erfordern. Eine bessere Alternative ist die Verwendung einer Raptor Polar X S\u00e4ule, deren neuartige station\u00e4re Phase eine Affinit\u00e4t f\u00fcr polare anionische Verbindungen wie Glyphosat aufweist und sowohl effektive Retention als auch eine effiziente Elution bietet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In der hier beschriebenen Methode f\u00fcr Glyphosat in Wasser sorgt ein Anionenaustausch in der S\u00e4ule f\u00fcr ausreichende Retention unter den Anfangsbedingungen der mobile Phase, so dass gro\u00dfe Volumina von Flaschentrinkwasser (500 \u00b5L) injiziert werden k\u00f6nnen. Dadurch l\u00e4sst sich die Empfindlichkeit bei niedrigen Konzentrationen auf einfache Weise verbessern. Zur Optimierung des Retentions- und Elutionsverhaltens wurden das Additiv f\u00fcr die mobile Phase und der pH-Wert sorgf\u00e4ltig kontrolliert, um einen Ladungszustand f\u00fcr ausreichende Retention und optimale Empfindlichkeit zu erzielen.
