Die verbesserte Inertheit der Rxi-SVOCms S\u00e4ulen \u00fcberwindet dieses Problem und f\u00fchrt zu einem durchschnittlichen Response-Faktor %RSD aus der ersten Kalibrierung von sechs S\u00e4ulen von nur 6 % f\u00fcr alle Verbindungen und S\u00e4ulen (Tabelle I). Eine verbesserte S\u00e4ulenchemie sorgt daf\u00fcr, dass die Performance der Rxi-SVOCms S\u00e4ule auch unter sehr aggressiven Bedingungen konstant bleibt. In Abbildung 3 haben wir S\u00e4ulen wiederholten Injektionen einer verschmutzten Probe ausgesetzt, die Kalibrierungsleistung \u00fcberwacht und kontaminierte Abschnitte nach jeweils 30 Probeninjektionen abgeschnitten. Selbst nach 300 Injektionen konnte die Performance mit einem schnellen S\u00e4ulenabschneiden problemlos wiederhergestellt werden, wobei weniger als 10 % der Verbindungen die Kalibrierungspr\u00fcfung nach dem Abschneiden nicht bestanden. Die Wiederherstellung der Performance durch einfache routinem\u00e4\u00dfige Wartung bedeutet, dass mehr Proben mit weniger Ausfallzeit und weniger S\u00e4ulenwechseln analysiert werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-custom-chromatogram-article-top\"><div class=\"chromatogram-article-placeholder\"><div class=\"figure-heading\"><strong>Abbildung 3:<\/strong>\u00a0Die Performance der S\u00e4ule l\u00e4sst sich nach wiederholter Exposition gegen\u00fcber einer hochkomplexen Probe durch Abschneiden vollst\u00e4ndig wiederherstellen. Die robusten Rxi-SVOCms S\u00e4ulen erwachen wieder zum Leben, so dass\u00a0Sie weiterhin Proben analysieren k\u00f6nnen, anstatt S\u00e4ulen zu wechseln und neu zu kalibrieren.<\/div><div class='chromatogram-article-inner-full'><div class=\"chromatogram-article-inner\">\n\n<p><em><u>Versuchsplan zur Pr\u00fcfung der Robustheit mit 300 Proben<\/u><\/em><br><em>Jeden Tag wurden 30 Injektionen eines Dieselpartikelextrakts (NIST SRM 1975) durchgef\u00fchrt, und nach jeweils 10 Probeninjektionen wurde ein Standard zur fortlaufenden Kalibrierungsverifizierung (CCV) verwendet. Nach der dritten<br>t\u00e4glichen CCV wurde die S\u00e4ule abgeschnitten und der Liner, das Septum und die Injektordichtung wurden erneuert.
