Ein LC-MS\/MS-System hat zwar eine beachtliche Empfindlichkeit, mit der sich bis zu einem gewissen Grad sogar koeluierende Analyten quantitativ bestimmen lassen. Jedoch k\u00f6nnen zu viele Koelutionen das Massenspektrometer \u00fcberladen, so dass eine gute&nbsp; chromatografische Trennung nach wie vor notwendig ist. Die hier beschriebene optimierte chromatografische Methode erm\u00f6glicht die Analyse von Hunderten von Verbindungen in nur 7,5 Minuten mit einer Gesamtzykluszeit von weniger als 10 Minuten. Diese Methode gew\u00e4hrleistet ein schnelles, genaues Probenscreening und eine h\u00f6here Produktivit\u00e4t des Labors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wie nachfolgend beschrieben, wurde eine Probe von braunem Reismehl mit allen im Restek LC-Multipestizid-Kit enthaltenen Komponenten angereichert, mit Q-sep QuEChERS-Extraktionssalzen extrahiert, mit dSPE gereinigt und auf einer 2.7 \u03bcm Raptor ARC-18 S\u00e4ule analysiert. Die inh\u00e4rente Effizienz einer 2.7 \u03bcm-Core-Shell-S\u00e4ule resultiert in schmalen Peaks, so k\u00f6nnen mehr Verbindungen in einem gegebenen Zeitfenster erfasst werden. Die Selektivit\u00e4t der station\u00e4ren Phase der Raptor ARC-18 S\u00e4ule ergibt ein gleichm\u00e4\u00dfiges Retentionsprofil. Dadurch wird vermieden, dass die Verbindungen in einem zu kleinen Zeitfenster eluieren, was die Detektion der relevanten Ionen durch das Massenspektrometer beeintr\u00e4chtigen kann. Es ist wichtig, das Totvolumen im System m\u00f6glichst klein zu halten. Die schmalsten Peaks und somit die effizienteste Chromatographie erh\u00e4lt man, wenn Kapillaren mit kleinem Innendurchmesser und angemessener L\u00e4nge gew\u00e4hlt werden. Bei dieser Analyse von Multipestizidr\u00fcckst\u00e4nden in braunem Reismehl werden einfache MS-kompatible mobile Phasen verwendet, und bei einer Flussrate gearbeitet, die den R\u00fcckdruck innerhalb der Grenzen einer herk\u00f6mmlicher HPLC h\u00e4lt. Dank dieser Vorteile lassen sich mehr als 200 Pestizide, Surrogates (Ersatzstandards) und interne Standards innerhalb weniger Minuten analysieren \u2013 selbst in einer komplexen Matrix wie
