Deshalb ist unbedingt darauf zu achten, dass die zu untersuchenden Proben nicht durch potenzielle Hintergrundquellen verunreinigt werden. PFAS k\u00f6nnen auch \u201eklebrig\u201c sein und sich an bestimmte Materialien anhaften, die \u00fcblicherweise bei Probenahmen und Analysen verwendet werden (z. B. Glasbeh\u00e4lter oder Pipetten). Der gesamte Probenflussweg muss deshalb auf seine F\u00e4higkeit hin untersucht werden, entweder die PFAS-Hintergrundkonzentration zu erh\u00f6hen oder in Proben vorhandene PFAS zur\u00fcckzuhalten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Risiko einer Verunreinigung durch PFAS oder die Zur\u00fcckhaltung von PFAS kann die Auswahl der richtigen Labormaterialien und -ger\u00e4te f\u00fcr PFAS-Analysen schwierig gestalten.
