Routinetests werden h\u00e4ufig mittels GC-MS durchgef\u00fchrt, so dass Labore die Produktivit\u00e4t verbessern und die Kosten pro Probe senken k\u00f6nnen, indem GC-MS-Screening-Methoden f\u00fcr PAK und PCB zusammengelegt werden. F\u00fcr die gleichzeitige Analyse dieser beiden Schadstoffgruppen werden h\u00e4ufig XLB-S\u00e4ulen verwendet, um PCB 28\/31 zu trennen. Das geht jedoch auf Kosten der PAK-Trennungen, die darunter leiden. Eine 5er-S\u00e4ule bietet eine andere Selektivit\u00e4t, was sie zu einer geeigneten Phase f\u00fcr die Methodenkonsolidierung macht. Die hier vorgestellte schnelle GC-MS-Methode f\u00fcr PAKs und PCBs kann Laboren helfen, effizienter zu arbeiten und verspricht hervorragende Ergebnisse f\u00fcr die gleichzeitige Analyse beider Schadstoffklassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Methode wurde auf einer RMX-5Sil MS-S\u00e4ule entwickelt, da es die 5Sil-Selektivit\u00e4t mit einer TriMax-Deaktivierung der n\u00e4chsten Generation kombiniert und so einen hochgradig inerten Probenflussweg schafft. Abbildung 1 zeigt, dass die PAKs und PCBs in einem schnellen &lt;20-min\u00fctigen Lauf hervorragende Peakformen und Trennungen aufwiesen. W\u00e4hrend beispielsweise Benz[a]anthracen; Chrysen; und PCB 180 normalerweise als Triplett eluieren, wurde auf der RMX-5Sil MS-S\u00e4ule eine Basislinien-Trennung (\u22651,5) erreicht. Um zu beurteilen, wie reproduzierbar die S\u00e4ulenleistung f\u00fcr die wichtigsten Parameter war, wurden 100 Injektionen bei 1 ng auf der S\u00e4ule durchgef\u00fchrt. Die Ergebnisse waren extrem stabil mit Tailing %RSD im Bereich von 3,9-6,6 % und Retentionszeit %RSD im Bereich von 0,01-0,02 %. Auch wenn diese Analyse keinen vollst\u00e4ndigen \u00dcberblick \u00fcber alle relevanten PAKs und PCBs bietet, kann sie mit der kostenlosen ProEZGC Chromatogram Modeler Software von Restek an
