Carryover<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Using the Raptor C8 column, a robust and accurate analysis of the two most predominant phosphatidylethanol (PEth) homologues in whole blood was developed using a simple protein precipitation. PEth compounds are prone to carryover, but when utilizing the Raptor C8 column, no carryover was detected (Figure 1).
