(Bellefonte, PA) Restek Corporation, a leading provider of chromatography consumables around the world, announces that Bryan Wolcott, Head Coach, will retire effective December 31, 2023. Mr. Wolcott has been employed at Restek for over 26 years and served as the Company’s leader since 2010. He will continue to serve as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors.
As part of the Company’s planned succession of leadership, Restek’s Board of Directors named Bill Arrowsmith as the Company’s new Head Coach effective January 1, 2024. Bill joined Restek in 2017 as Restek’s Chief Financial Officer and in January 2023 became the Company’s General Manager in preparation for this new appointment. The Head Coach is Restek’s Chief Executive and is responsible for the Company’s growth and development.
Bill is a strong proponent of employee ownership and has demonstrated a commitment to building a positive and inclusive work environment with a focus on employee personal development and excellent customer care. Prior to joining Restek, Bill held a variety of finance and general management positions with AMETEK, Inc., Ernst & Young and PwC. Mr. Arrowsmith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and International Business from Penn State and a Master of Business Administration degree from Cornell University.
