C\u2019est un mode de s\u00e9paration utilisant des phases stationnaires polaires. Comme la phase stationnaire est polaire, le mode HILIC est tout \u00e0 fait adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019analyse des mol\u00e9cules polaires qui sont peu retenues en phase inverse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les phases mobiles sont les m\u00eames que celles utilis\u00e9es en phase inverse. Cependant, dans les s\u00e9parations HILIC, les conditions initiales de phase mobile contiennent un fort pourcentage d\u2019organique pour cr\u00e9er une couche riche en eau \u00e0 la surface de la phase stationnaire polaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme les analytes polaires sont solubles dans cette couche aqueuse, ils peuvent interagir avec la phase stationnaire polaire et \u00eatre retenus gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents m\u00e9canismes, dont les liaisons hydrog\u00e8ne, les interactions dip\u00f4le-dip\u00f4le et l\u2019\u00e9change ionique.
