Les particules sont tr\u00e8s souvent la cause principale d\u2019une augmentation de la contre-pression qui peut grandement impacter l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de la colonne, et ces particules proviennent principalement de l\u2019\u00e9chantillon, de la phase mobile et de l\u2019usure de l\u2019instrument LC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les laboratoires analysant de nombreux \u00e9chantillons dans des matrices sales, envisagez de centrifuger et filtrer vos \u00e9chantillons \u00e0 l\u2019aide de filtres seringue ou de flacons filtrants avant l\u2019analyse. De plus, avoir un solvant de dilution de l\u2019\u00e9chantillon ad\u00e9quat peut consid\u00e9rablement aider \u00e0 att\u00e9nuer la pr\u00e9cipitation de l\u2019\u00e9chantillon. Parfois, ajuster la hauteur de l\u2019aiguille d\u2019injection pour s\u2019assurer que l\u2019injecteur pr\u00e9l\u00e8ve bien le surnageant de l\u2019\u00e9chantillon peut \u00e9galement aider \u00e0 emp\u00eacher les particules de p\u00e9n\u00e9trer dans la colonne. Vous pouvez \u00e9viter cela en rempla\u00e7ant simplement les pi\u00e8ces en cause lors de vos maintenances pr\u00e9ventives. Enfin, l\u2019utilisation d\u2019une colonne de garde ou d\u2019un filtre pr\u00e9-colonne UltraShield, peut r\u00e9duire significativement le risque de bouchage de votre colonne analytique.
