L\u2019utilisation d\u2019une colonne Raptor Polar X est ici une meilleure alternative car sa nouvelle phase stationnaire a une affinit\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifique pour les compos\u00e9s anioniques polaires tels que le glyphosate et elle offre en m\u00eame temps une r\u00e9tention et une \u00e9lution excellentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans la m\u00e9thode d\u2019analyse du glyphosate dans l\u2019eau pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e ici, le m\u00e9canisme d\u2019\u00e9change ionique de la colonne offre une r\u00e9tention suffisante dans les conditions initiales de phase mobile pour permettre l\u2019injection de larges volumes (500 \u03bcl) d\u2019eau en bouteille, ce qui est un moyen simple pour am\u00e9liorer la sensibilit\u00e9 aux limites basses. Pour obtenir la meilleure r\u00e9tention possible, les additifs utilis\u00e9s dans les phases mobiles et le pH ont \u00e9t\u00e9 soigneusement s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s afin d\u2019avoir un \u00e9tat de charge sp\u00e9cifique, conduisant \u00e0 une r\u00e9tention ad\u00e9quate et une sensibilit\u00e9 optimale.
