Pour quantifier les compos\u00e9s semi-volatils de mani\u00e8re exacte, en particulier ceux qui sont r\u00e9actifs, il est n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019utiliser des colonnes tr\u00e8s inertes pour garantir la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019analyse et la stabilit\u00e9 des \u00e9talonnages. L\u2019injection &#8220;split&#8221;, utilis\u00e9e ici, est recommand\u00e9e car elle r\u00e9duit l\u2019accumulation de sites actifs cr\u00e9\u00e9e par les composants de la matrice pendant l\u2019analyse. Du fait de l\u2019extr\u00eame inertie de la colonne Rxi-SVOCms, les tra\u00een\u00e9es de pics sont r\u00e9duites au minimum, am\u00e9liorant ainsi la forme des pics et la r\u00e9ponse pour une int\u00e9gration pr\u00e9cise et fiable. Les meilleures performances chromatographiques am\u00e9liorent la sensibilit\u00e9 et la reproductibilit\u00e9, donc les \u00e9talonnages sont r\u00e9ussis plus longtemps et davantage d\u2019\u00e9chantillons peuvent \u00eatre analys\u00e9s avant de devoir r\u00e9\u00e9talonner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outre l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des r\u00e9sultats pour les compos\u00e9s r\u00e9actifs basiques et acides, une excellente r\u00e9solution est obtenue pour les hydrocarbures aromatiques polycycliques (HAP) neutres qui posent des probl\u00e8mes lors des analyses des compos\u00e9s semi-volatils. Les paires critiques comme l\u2019ind\u00e9no[1,2,3-cd]pyr\u00e8ne et le dibenz[a,h]anthrac\u00e8ne, ainsi que le benzo(b)fluoranth\u00e8ne et le benzo(k)fluoranth\u00e8ne, sont r\u00e9solues sur la colonne Rxi-SVOCms, ce qui permet une excellente identification et une quantification pr\u00e9cise.
