Comme certains hydrocarbures aromatiques polycycliques sont class\u00e9s canc\u00e9rog\u00e8nes, la surveillance de leur faible concentration dans les matrices environnementales (air, eau et sol) est essentielle pour \u00e9valuer le taux d\u2019exposition. L\u2019analyse des HAP par GC-MS sur une colonne Rxi-SVOCms dans des conditions optimis\u00e9es, repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e ci-dessous, fournit une d\u00e9tection efficace des compos\u00e9s les plus pertinents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En mode SIM avec injection &#8220;split&#8221; pour r\u00e9duire la discrimination dans l\u2019injecteur pour un \u00e9chantillon complexe de goudron de houille, les r\u00e9sultats chromatographiques observ\u00e9s \u00e9taient excellents pour une multitude de HAP. Les compos\u00e9s volatils \u00e0 \u00e9lution pr\u00e9coce produisent des pics fins et de bonnes r\u00e9ponses tandis que le faible &#8220;bleeding&#8221; r\u00e9duit les interf\u00e9rences des niveaux de bruit de fond au minimum et am\u00e9liore la sensibilit\u00e9 pour les compos\u00e9s \u00e9lu\u00e9s plus tardivement. De plus, l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 et la s\u00e9lectivit\u00e9 de la colonne Rxi-SVOCms ont abouti \u00e0 une meilleure s\u00e9paration de HAP isobares comme le benzo(b)fluoranth\u00e8ne et le benzo(k)fluoranth\u00e8ne. L\u2019ind\u00e9no[123-cd]pyr\u00e8ne et le dibenz[ah]anthrac\u00e8ne ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 mieux s\u00e9par\u00e9s avec une bonne r\u00e9solution (m\u00eame lorsque la r\u00e9ponse est disproportionn\u00e9e), ce qui r\u00e9duit \u00e9norm\u00e9ment le risque de r\u00e9sultats biais\u00e9s et de faux positifs.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-custom-chromatogram-article-top\"><div class=\"chromatogram-article-placeholder\"><div class=\"figure-heading\"><strong>Figure 1:<\/strong>\u00a0L\u2019efficacit\u00e9 et la s\u00e9lectivit\u00e9 des colonnes Rxi-SVOCms garantissent une
