La meilleure inertie des colonnes Rxi-SVOCms contourne ce probl\u00e8me et permet de limiter l\u2019\u00e9cart-type relatif (%RSD) du facteur de r\u00e9ponse moyen \u00e0 seulement 6 % par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9talonnage initial de six colonnes, pour tous les compos\u00e9s et toutes les colonnes (Tableau I). Ces \u00e9carts-types relatifs extr\u00eamement faibles et r\u00e9guliers des facteurs de r\u00e9ponse garantissent une long\u00e9vit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9talonnage et permet d\u2019analyser davantage d&#8217;\u00e9chantillons avant de devoir r\u00e9\u00e9talonner. M\u00eame apr\u00e8s 300 injections, les performances \u00e9taient restaur\u00e9es facilement au moyen d\u2019un rapide raccourcissement de colonne, comme en t\u00e9moignent les moins de 10 % de compos\u00e9s concern\u00e9s par un \u00e9chec de la v\u00e9rification de l&#8217;\u00e9talonnage apr\u00e8s la coupe. En restaurant les performances gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une simple op\u00e9ration de maintenance de routine, le nombre d&#8217;\u00e9chantillons analys\u00e9s augmente car les temps d\u2019arr\u00eat et les remplacements de colonnes sont moins fr\u00e9quents.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-custom-chromatogram-article-top\"><div class=\"chromatogram-article-placeholder\"><div class=\"figure-heading\"><strong>Figure 3 :<\/strong>\u00a0Apr\u00e8s une exposition r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e \u00e0 un \u00e9chantillon tr\u00e8s complexe, les performances des colonnes sont enti\u00e8rement restaur\u00e9es par un raccourcissement en t\u00eate de colonne. Il en r\u00e9sulte des performances extr\u00eamement constantes d\u2019une colonne \u00e0 l\u2019autre, pour obtenir des analyses chromatographiques identiques de chaque colonne install\u00e9e.
