Des travaux de grande envergure sont en cours dans toute l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne pour mieux comprendre l\u2019impact de certains aliments sur la sant\u00e9, et l\u2019analyse des acides gras y joue un r\u00f4le central. Les scientifiques en recherche alimentaire travaillent \u00e0 l&#8217;harmonisation des m\u00e9thodes et \u00e0 la mise en place de r\u00e8glementations permettant de garantir l\u2019authenticit\u00e9 des huiles comestibles et de limiter la consommation d\u2019acides gras trans (AGT) industriels, responsables des effets secondaires ind\u00e9sirables comme certaines maladies du c\u0153ur [1].<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les colonnes capillaires 100 % biscyanopropyle polysiloxane (100 m x DI 0.25 mm, ef 0.20 \u03bcm) comme les Rt-2560 sont couramment utilis\u00e9es pour dresser le profil des acides gras dans les aliments, car elles permettent de s\u00e9parer les esters m\u00e9thyliques des acides gras selon la longueur des cha\u00eenes et le degr\u00e9 d\u2019insaturation. Elles peuvent aussi r\u00e9soudre les isom\u00e8res ci-trans et de position. Toutefois, la fabrication d&#8217;une colonne longue (100 m) tr\u00e8s polaire et de faible \u00e9paisseur de film s&#8217;av\u00e8re extr\u00eamement difficile. De faibles variations lors du processus de fabrication peuvent avoir des effets n\u00e9fastes sur la qualit\u00e9 et sur la reproductibilit\u00e9. Pour garantir l\u2019homog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 des performances, les colonnes Rt-2560 sont fabriqu\u00e9es selon un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 optimis\u00e9 et les contr\u00f4les qualit\u00e9 (CQ) s\u2019appuient sur des essais sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 l\u2019application [2].<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque colonne Rt-2560 est test\u00e9e en sortie de fabrication dans nos laboratoires mais nous appr\u00e9cions n\u00e9anmoins les \u00e9tudes r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par des scientifiques ind\u00e9pendants comme Christiane Barthel (Eurofins Analytik GmbH), sur la dur\u00e9e de vie de nos colonnes. Elle a utilis\u00e9 des \u00e9chantillons de mati\u00e8re grasse laiti\u00e8re pour v\u00e9rifier si la colonne Rt-2560 \u00e9tait suffisamment fiable pour l&#8217;analyse d&#8217;\u00e9chantillons r\u00e9els. La mati\u00e8re grasse laiti\u00e8re est une mati\u00e8re grasse naturelle particuli\u00e8rement complexe qui repr\u00e9sente une matrice exigeante pour l&#8217;\u00e9valuation des performances d\u2019une colonne. L\u2019essai a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en suivant une version modifi\u00e9e de l\u2019ISO 12966-2 (est\u00e9rification) pour la pr\u00e9paration des \u00e9chantillons, suivie d\u2019une analyse GC fond\u00e9e sur l\u2019ISO 12966-4.
