Elles permettent des s\u00e9parations plus faciles avec des temps d\u2019analyse plus courts sur des instruments HPLC standard. La gamme Raptor a ensuite \u00e9volu\u00e9 pour appliquer les m\u00eames caract\u00e9ristiques de rapidit\u00e9, d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 et de s\u00e9lectivit\u00e9 aux analyses UHPLC avec des colonnes contenant des particules de 1.8 \u03bcm. Plus d\u2019informations sur les colonnes LC Raptor sur\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/discover.restek.com\/articles\/gnss1895\/raptor-lc-columns\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"43810\">www.restek.com\/raptor<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En d\u00e9veloppant cette colonne, la priorit\u00e9 \u00e9tait de proposer une nouvelle version de notre phase Biphenyl, l\u2019une des plus innovantes du march\u00e9, particuli\u00e8rement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e pour son aptitude \u00e0 s\u00e9parer les compos\u00e9s difficiles \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre ou pour lesquels les phases C18 ou de type ph\u00e9nyl ne sont pas assez r\u00e9solutives ou r\u00e9tentives. Les colonnes Raptor Biphenyl s\u2019av\u00e8rent ainsi extr\u00eamement utiles pour obtenir des s\u00e9parations rapides pour des applications de bioanalyse ou des analyses de substances m\u00e9dicamenteuses et de leurs m\u00e9tabolites, en particulier si celles-ci n\u00e9cessitent une d\u00e9tection par spectrom\u00e9trie de masse. La r\u00e9tention plus forte des compos\u00e9s habituellement peu retenus favorise l\u2019ionisation ; la s\u00e9lectivit\u00e9 plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e \u00e9vite l\u2019utilisation de phases mobiles point par Restek repr\u00e9sente la derni\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ration des phases \u00e0 base de groupements ph\u00e9nyl. Il offre une meilleure s\u00e9lectivit\u00e9 que les phases de type ph\u00e9nyl-hexyl du march\u00e9 vis-\u00e0-vis des compos\u00e9s aromatiques [1] et un plus grand degr\u00e9 de dispersion que les phases de type ph\u00e9nyle.
