Malheureusement, leurs propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physico-chimiques rendent leur analyse tr\u00e8s complexe si l\u2019on suit les proc\u00e9dures courantes. G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, les pesticides polaires sont faiblement retenus et peuvent pr\u00e9senter des formes de pic d\u00e9form\u00e9es sur les phases stationnaires couramment utilis\u00e9es pour les m\u00e9thodes multi-r\u00e9sidus. C\u2019est pour cette raison que diff\u00e9rentes phases stationnaires et colonnes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es afin de pouvoir effectuer l\u2019analyse de ces compos\u00e9s particuliers. La colonne \u00e9valu\u00e9e dans cette m\u00e9thode utilise une nouvelle phase stationnaire hybride combinant des interactions de types HILIC (Hydrophilic Interaction LIquid Chromatography) et \u00c9change Ionique. Les modes de r\u00e9tention d\u00e9pendent des conditions de phase mobile utilis\u00e9es et il est tr\u00e8s simple de passer d\u2019un mode \u00e0 l\u2019autre.
