{"id":44917,"date":"2025-07-30T21:54:25","date_gmt":"2025-07-30T21:54:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/live-discover-restek.pantheonsite.io\/?p=44917"},"modified":"2025-12-09T15:26:41","modified_gmt":"2025-12-09T15:26:41","slug":"settings-to-implement-lpgc-ms-in-my-lab-fr","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/discover.restek.com\/fr\/faq-fr\/gnot5116-fr\/settings-to-implement-lpgc-ms-in-my-lab-fr","title":{"rendered":"Comment dois-je modifier les param\u00e8tres de mon instrument ou de mon syst\u00e8me GC-MS pour utiliser la LPGC-MS dans mon laboratoire ?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Les principales modifications n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l\u2019adoption de la LPGC-MS sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es ci-dessous ou dans notre\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.restek.com\/global\/fr\/articles\/pr%C3%A9sentation-de-la-gc-ms-basse-pression-lpgc-ms\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pr\u00e9sentation de la GC-MS basse pression<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:lower-alpha\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lors de l\u2019installation du kit de colonnes LPGC, s\u2019assurer d\u2019utiliser une ferrule Vespel\/graphite de DI 0,8 mm (dimension ad\u00e9quate pour les colonnes de DI 0,53 mm) pour le raccordement du kit de colonnes LPGC au MS. Nous recommandons d\u2019utiliser une ferrule Vespel\/graphite 60\/40, si possible. \u00c0 noter que la ferrule utilis\u00e9e du c\u00f4t\u00e9 restricteur du kit de colonnes LPGC (injecteur) est la m\u00eame que pour une colonne conventionnelle de DI 0,25 mm. Seul le c\u00f4t\u00e9 du MS n\u00e9cessite une ferrule de 0,53 mm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pendant la configuration du kit de colonnes LPGC dans le logiciel de votre instrument, utilisez\u00a0seulement\u00a0les dimensions de de la colonne restrictive du kit car c\u2019est cette longueur qui d\u00e9finit principalement la restriction globale du d\u00e9bit de gaz vecteur par le kit. En renseignant l\u2019\u00e9paisseur du film de phase stationnaire, vous pouvez utiliser l&#8217;\u00e9paisseur de la phase stationnaire de la colonne analytique (1 \u00b5m), mais cela aura peu d\u2019impact sur la capacit\u00e9 de votre instrument \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer les d\u00e9bits correctement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vous devrez mettre votre m\u00e9thode \u00e0 jour en augmentant la vitesse de mont\u00e9e en temp\u00e9rature, ainsi que le d\u00e9bit du gaz vecteur, afin d\u2019obtenir une augmentation maximale des vitesses d\u2019analyse. Ne pas d\u00e9passer la vitesse de mont\u00e9e en temp\u00e9rature maximale de votre four GC ou le d\u00e9bit de gaz vecteur maximal de votre spectrom\u00e8tre de masse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nous recommandons de r\u00e9gler le spectrom\u00e8tre de masse aux m\u00eames conditions de d\u00e9bit que celui utilis\u00e9 pour votre m\u00e9thode LPGC.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remarque\u00a0: il est \u00e9galement probable que vous deviez confirmer\/ajuster les fen\u00eatres d&#8217;acquisition \u00e0 l\u2019installation d\u2019un nouveau kit de colonnes LPGC.
