Dans mon dernier article de blog, j\u2019ai parl\u00e9 des s\u00e9parations de colonnes individuelles de divers compos\u00e9s chiraux. Aujourd\u2019hui, j\u2019aimerais vous montrer comment optimiser cette s\u00e9paration. La variation de la vitesse lin\u00e9aire et de la vitesse des rampes de temp\u00e9rature peut grandement affecter la r\u00e9solution des \u00e9nantiom\u00e8res. Selon le type de colonne chirale, la temp\u00e9rature initiale du four GC peut affecter la largeur du pic. La capacit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9chantillonnage de la colonne varie selon les diff\u00e9rents compos\u00e9s, et la surcharge entraine une train\u00e9e de pics et une r\u00e9duction de la s\u00e9paration \u00e9nantiom\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vitesse lin\u00e9aire (d\u00e9bit colonne)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans notre analyse, nous avons travaill\u00e9 avec de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne. La vitesse lin\u00e9aire maximale se situe autour de 40cm\/s.
