Il est donc essentiel d\u2019emp\u00eacher ces sources potentielles de contamination de contaminer les \u00e9chantillons. Les PFAS peuvent \u00eatre &#8220;collants&#8221; \u2013 ils peuvent adh\u00e9rer \u00e0 certains mat\u00e9riaux couramment utilis\u00e9s lors du pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement et de l\u2019analyse (par exemple les r\u00e9cipients en verre ou les pipettes), de sorte que tout ce qui se trouve sur le trajet analytique de l\u2019\u00e9chantillon doit \u00eatre pris en compte pour sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 retenir les PFAS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le choix des consommables de laboratoire n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l\u2019analyse des PFAS peut \u00eatre difficile en raison du risque de contamination ou de r\u00e9tention des PFAS, mais aussi \u00e0 cause du grand nombre de m\u00e9thodes disponibles, dans lesquelles diff\u00e9rents produits sont utilis\u00e9s, que ce soit pour la pr\u00e9paration des \u00e9chantillons ou pour l\u2019analyse. Et ce choix est encore plus difficile lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit de mesurer au niveau de traces des PFAS qui ne figurent pas encore dans les listes des m\u00e9thodes ou des directives gouvernementales, comme les PFAS \u00e0 cha\u00eenes courtes et ultra-courtes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les tableaux ci-dessous vous aideront \u00e0 choisir les produits ad\u00e9quats.
