Plus important, il s\u2019agit de maintenir le m\u00eame profil d&#8217;\u00e9lution qu\u2019avec le cycle d\u2019origine de 16 minutes. Le logiciel de transfert de m\u00e9thodes EZGC est un outil pratique pour transf\u00e9rer les param\u00e8tres d\u2019acquisition d\u2019une colonne \u00e0 une autre, tout en pr\u00e9servant les temp\u00e9ratures d\u2019\u00e9lution des analytes et les temps de r\u00e9tention relatifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 partir des param\u00e8tres du <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.restek.com\/chromatogram-detail\/GC_EV1604\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/fr.restek.com\/chromatogram-detail\/GC_EV1604\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">GC_EV1604<\/a>, le chromatogramme du m\u00e9lange 8270 MegaMix sur une colonne Rxi-SVOCms de 30 m x 0,25 mm x 0,25 \u00b5m (<a href=\"https:\/\/fr.restek.com\/p\/16623\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/fr.restek.com\/p\/16623\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">r\u00e9f. 16623<\/a>), le logiciel de transfert de m\u00e9thodes EZGC permet de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer les param\u00e8tres d\u2019acquisition pour une colonne Rxi-SVOCms de 20 m x 0,15 mm x 0,15 \u00b5m (<a href=\"https:\/\/fr.restek.com\/p\/46616\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/fr.restek.com\/p\/46616\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">r\u00e9f. 46616<\/a>). L&#8217;interface du <a href=\"https:\/\/ez.restek.com\/ezgc-mtfc\/fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">logiciel de transfert de m\u00e9thodes <em>EZ<\/em>GC<\/a> est repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e dans la Figure 1. Pourtant, c\u2019est possible, car les efficacit\u00e9s respectives des colonnes de 30 m x 0,25 mm x 0,25 \u00b5m et de 20 m x 0,15 mm x 0,15 \u00b5m utilis\u00e9es sont tr\u00e8s similaires. Les deux colonnes pr\u00e9sentent plus de 130\u00a0000 plateaux th\u00e9oriques. Mais la th\u00e9orie se refl\u00e8te aussi dans les conditions analytiques r\u00e9elles. Nous recommandons une injection &#8220;split&#8221; 20:1 avec les colonnes de DI \u2264 0,18 mm. Ainsi, le temps d&#8217;\u00e9lution du benzo[ghi]peryl\u00e8ne est diminu\u00e9 de 5,6 minutes par rapport \u00e0 la colonne Rxi-SVOCms de 30m (Figure 6). Le kit &#8220;Oven Accelerator&#8221; est quasi-certainement n\u00e9cessaire pour respecter ces mont\u00e9es en temp\u00e9rature plus rapides avec les GC Agilent
