Dans ce contexte, le choix de la colonne GC joue un r\u00f4le essentiel dans la qualit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es et la fiabilit\u00e9 de la m\u00e9thode. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 qu&#8217;une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de compos\u00e9s chimiques doit \u00eatre identifi\u00e9e, les colonnes de polarit\u00e9 moyenne, telles que les colonnes de &#8220;type 5&#8221;, sont couramment utilis\u00e9es pour l&#8217;analyse des drogues. Les polym\u00e8res de silaryl\u00e8ne sont des phases de &#8220;type 5&#8221; structurellement modifi\u00e9es qui offrent une stabilit\u00e9 thermique accrue, faisant de la colonne &#8220;5sil&#8221; le choix id\u00e9al pour une dur\u00e9e de vie prolong\u00e9e et des performances constantes avec un spectrom\u00e8tre de masse.<br>Lors de l&#8217;analyse d&#8217;une large gamme de substances, certaines classes de compos\u00e9s pr\u00e9sentent un comportement moins favorable que d&#8217;autres, compliquant l\u2019identification en raison de tra\u00een\u00e9es de pics et de temps de r\u00e9tention instables. Les compos\u00e9s acides (par exemple, les barbituriques) se r\u00e9partissent de mani\u00e8re in\u00e9gale dans la phase stationnaire en raison des fortes interactions entre les groupes N-H faiblement acides et les silanols pr\u00e9sents \u00e0 la surface de la colonne GC.<br>D&#8217;autres substances ou drogues poss\u00e9dant des fonctionnalit\u00e9s basiques (par exemple, les amines) peuvent former des liaisons hydrog\u00e8ne avec la surface, retardant ainsi la partition dans la phase de la colonne, ou \u00e9tant parfois compl\u00e8tement adsorb\u00e9s. En limitant les interactions avec les silanols de surface, les laboratoires de substances de saisies peuvent am\u00e9liorer les performances pour les compos\u00e9s les plus probl\u00e9matiques dans une large vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de structures chimiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour minimiser l&#8217;impact des silanols, Restek a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une d\u00e9sactivation TriMax de nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration pour l&#8217;ensemble des colonnes RMX. Cette d\u00e9sactivation r\u00e9volutionnaire cr\u00e9\u00e9e une surface robuste et hautement inerte qui am\u00e9liore la forme des pics pour une large gamme de classes de drogues. De plus, les analystes peuvent faire confiance aux performances de la colonne, car chacune d&#8217;entre elle est soumise \u00e0 un contr\u00f4le qualit\u00e9 individuel avec des compos\u00e9s acides, basiques et neutres afin de garantir l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 de la d\u00e9sactivation et la ma\u00eetrise du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de fabrication. Les colonnes RMX-5Sil MS, combinant la polarit\u00e9 5sil plug-in, stabilit\u00e9 thermique \u00e9lev\u00e9e et inertie de surface maximale, constituent le choix id\u00e9al pour am\u00e9liorer l&#8217;identification des drogues saisies (Figure 1). En outre, comme le montre la figure 2, la colonne RMX-5Sil MS est plus performante que la colonne premium d&#8217;un concurrent lorsqu&#8217;on compare la forme des pics pour plusieurs analytes basiques difficiles (phencyclidine, cyclobenzaprine, cod\u00e9ine) ainsi que pour un analyte faiblement acide (alprazolam). Dans des conditions instrumentales identiques, l&#8217;am\u00e9lioration observ\u00e9e de la forme des pics, ne peut \u00eatre attribu\u00e9e qu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;inertie maximale de la surface de la colonne RMX-5Sil MS. Cette inertie r\u00e9duit les interactions secondaires entre les analytes et les silanols, responsables autrement des tra\u00een\u00e9es de pics et d&#8217;une sym\u00e9trie
