Per\u202fanalizzare correttamente i semivolatili, in particolare quelli reattivi, si devono utilizzare colonne a inerzia elevata per garantire una buona cromatografia e la stabilit\u00e0 delle calibrazioni. Le colonne Rxi-SVOCms, progettate appositamente per l\u2019analisi dei semivolatili, vantano una selettivit\u00e0 ottimizzata, un\u2019inerzia eccezionale e un bleeding ridotto, caratteristiche che si traducono in migliori prestazioni analitiche e maggiore produttivit\u00e0 del laboratorio.<br>Come mostrato di seguito, si ottengono buone forme del picco e risposte per una vasta gamma di composti reattivi, tra cui i fenoli acidi (pentaclorofenolo e dinitrofenolo) e le ammine (benzidina e piridina), analiti tipicamente problematici nei metodi per i semivolatili.
