Un LC-MS\/MS offre una straordinaria sensibilit\u00e0, consentendo anche coeluzioni cromatografiche, e allo stesso tempo monitora quantitativamente gli analiti di interesse. Tuttavia, un numero troppo elevato di coeluzioni pu\u00f2 sovraccaricare lo spettrometro di massa, quindi un buon metodo cromatografico \u00e8 ancora fondamentale. Il metodo cromatografico ottimizzato descritto di seguito consente di analizzare centinaia di campioni in soli 7,5\u202fminuti in un tempo totale di ciclo inferiore a 10\u202fminuti, garantendo uno screening rapido e accurato dei campioni e una maggiore produttivit\u00e0 del laboratorio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Come illustrato pi\u00f9 avanti, un campione di farina di riso integrale \u00e8 stato fortificato con tutti i componenti inclusi nel kit di pesticidi per analisi multiresiduale LC di Restek, estratto con sali da estrazione Q-sep QuEChERS, purificato con dSPE e analizzato con una colonna Raptor ARC-18 da 2,7\u202f\u00b5m. Grazie all\u2019efficienza intrinseca di una colonna con particelle a superficie porosa da 2,7\u202f\u00b5m si ottengono picchi stretti, il che consente l\u2019inserimento di un maggior numero di composti in una data unit\u00e0 di tempo. La selettivit\u00e0 della fase stazionaria Raptor ARC-18 garantisce che i composti eluiscano per l\u2019intera durata dell\u2019analisi, il che previene il raggruppamento dei composti e un\u2019eccessiva sollecitazione dello spettrometro di massa nel monitorare in modo efficace tutti gli ioni pi\u00f9 significativi. \u00c8 importante mantenere al minimo il volume interno del sistema. Pertanto, selezionando un tubo LC di diametro piccolo ed evitando tubi di lunghezza eccessiva sar\u00e0 possibile produrre picchi pi\u00f9 stretti e ottenere una cromatografia pi\u00f9 rapida ed efficiente. Questa analisi multiresiduale dei pesticidi nella farina di riso integrale utilizza fasi mobili lineari, compatibili con lo spettrometro di massa, e una velocit\u00e0 di flusso che mantiene la contropressione entro il range operativo degli strumenti HPLC tradizionali. Grazie a questi vantaggi \u00e8 possibile analizzare oltre 200\u202fpesticidi, surrogati e standard interni, anche in matrici complesse, in soli pochi minuti!<\/p>\n\n\n<div After centrifugation, 1 mL supernatant was added to a 2 mL dSPE vial containing magnesium sulfate, PSA, and C18 (<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.restek.com\/p\/26125?utm_source=chromatograms&amp;utm_medium=link&amp;utm_campaign=LC_FS0521\" rel=\"noopener\">cat.# 26125<\/a>) for cleanup.
