Presenta modalit\u00e0 di ritenzione ibride (HILIC e a scambio ionico) e offre una forte ritenzione pur consentendo una&nbsp;veloce eluizione degli analiti in picchi di forma simmetrica attraverso semplici modifiche della fase mobile. Inoltre la forma dei picchi e i tempi di ritenzione rimangono stabili dopo centinaia di iniezioni di matrice, una semplice sostituzione&nbsp;della precolonna ripristina la piena rispondenza prestazionale. After centrifuging for 10 min at 4200 rpm, the supernatant was filtered through a 0.22 \u03bcm filter (<a class=\"ga-cgram-prod-link\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.restek.com\/p\/23984\" rel=\"noopener\">cat.# 23984<\/a>).
