Ideata e progettata appositamente per l\u2019uso con i sistemi LC-MS\/MS, la colonna ARC-18 vanta un profilo di ritenzione ben equilibrato ed elimina gli svantaggi legati all\u2019utilizzo di una normale C18 nelle fasi mobili acide e aggressive necessarie per la spettrometria di massa (MS). Anche dopo un uso prolungato a pH bassi (\u2264 2,0), la protezione sterica consente alla ARC-18 di offrire ritenzione, forme del picco e risposte costanti per basi cariche, acidi neutri, piccoli proprietaria nata per la LC-MS\/MS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La colonna Raptor ARC-18 \u00e8 stata progettata per resistere in MS anche alle condizioni acide pi\u00f9 aggressive: una tecnica di bonding proprietaria fa in modo che il nostro ligando protetto stericamente resista all\u2019idrolisi acida, riducendo cos\u00ec la degradazione e il bleeding della fase. Questa colonna di nuovissima generazione permette di migliorare l\u2019efficienza della ionizzazione e la sensibilit\u00e0 dello spettrometro di massa utilizzando fasi mobili a pH bassi, senza il timore di incorrere nel tempo in cali di ritenzione. Robustezza e ripetibilit\u00e0 sono caratteristiche essenziali: dalla silice alla tecnica di bonding, passando per il processo di impaccamento e l\u2019hardware aggiornato, ogni singola decisione presa nella creazione di questa colonna \u00e8 stata volta a garantire una riproducibilit\u00e0 eccellente, iniezione dopo iniezione (Figura 2), lotto dopo lotto (Figura\u202f3). Abbiamo inoltre adottato nuove specifiche di controllo qualit\u00e0 (QC) per assicurare la stabilit\u00e0 del tempo di ritenzione necessaria per analisi senza intoppi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno dei principali vantaggi di una colonna SPP \u00e8 la sua capacit\u00e0 di operare a velocit\u00e0 lineari pi\u00f9 elevate senza alcuna perdita di efficienza, come invece potrebbe capitare con una colonna tradizionale con particelle totalmente porose. Tuttavia, queste velocit\u00e0 superiori possono aumentare le contropressioni a discapito delle prestazioni.
