Spesso questi metodi devono essere successivamente adattati alle condizioni di pressione, ai tempi di analisi dei sistemi HPLC standard e alle colonne da 3 o 5 \u00b5m con cui si andr\u00e0 effettivamente a lavorare. Per facilitare questo tipo di trasferimento e garantire risultati affidabili, le colonne LC Force sono disponibili per tre diverse dimensioni di particelle, tutte provenienti da una stessa e unica matrice di silice con le medesime caratteristiche, in modo da ottenere agevolmente le stesse separazioni affidabili, a prescindere dal tipo di strumento (Figura 4).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Naturalmente, con le colonne LC Force, il trasferimento di metodo pu\u00f2 avvenire anche in senso inverso.
