EZGC library: Residual solvents on the Rtx-225"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Rtx-225 is a versatile column with unique selectivity for low-boiling-point compounds. &nbsp;The cyano-phenyl composition of this phase limits the maximum operating temperature to &lt;240\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To help figure out if this column will work for your analytes of interest, a new residual solvents library has been added to EZGC, containing compounds from all three solvent classes designated by the USP and ICH&nbsp;<sup>1,2<\/sup>&nbsp;(Table 1).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Table We used an inlet temperature of 250<sup>o<\/sup>C, Topaz straight inlet liner with wool (cat#23300), and a 400:1 split injection. The standards used were cat# 36004 (class 1), 36217 (class 2), 36013 (class 3).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Even though we had quite a few coelutions, the use of a mass-spectrometers helped to identify individual peaks for all 33 compounds.
