There are several signs we recommend looking out for:
- Do you usually use a passivation solution or chelating agents in the mobile phase?
- Do you usually have to make multiple injections of sample/matrix before you get accurate and reproducible data?
- Do you have poor peak shape or low sensitivity for phosphorylated compounds?
