What type of resin is Rezin certified clean SDVB resin?

31 Jul 2025

Rezin is a styrene divinyl benzene (SDVB) resin that is similar to XAD-2 resin. It has spherical particles that have been cleaned using a proprietary cleaning process developed by Restek’s chemists. Additionally, it has been purged, sieved, and homogenized prior to packaging to form an easy-to-use, free-flowing resin.

Resin adsorbent has the following parameters:

Particle ParameterSpecification
Particle Size Distribution20-60 mesh
Average Surface Area (m2/g)350-360
Average Density (g/mL)1.10-1.15
Average Pore Diameter (Å)90-100
Average Pore Volume (mL/g)0.65 +/- 0.1
