class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u9057\u61be\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u6ca1\u6709&#8221;\u4e07\u80fd&#8221;\u56fa\u5b9a\u76f8\u53ef\u4ee5\u6709\u6548\u5730\u5206\u6790\u6bd2\u7406\u5b66\u6d89\u53ca\u7684\u6240\u6709\u5316\u5408\u7269\u3002\u5927\u591a\u6570\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u65b9\u6cd5\u5f00\u53d1\u4eba\u5458\u9700\u8981\u4f7f\u7528\u51e0\u79cd\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u56fa\u5b9a\u76f8\u6765\u6ee1\u8db3\u5bf9\u4e0d\u540c\u5206\u6790\u7269\u7684\u5206\u6790\u9700\u6c42\u3002\u8981\u627e\u51fa\u9002\u5408\u7684\u8272\u8c31\u67f1\uff0c\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u9010\u4e00\u5c1d\u8bd5\u6216\u8005\u7ee7\u7eed\u9605\u8bfb\uff0c\u672c\u6587\u4ecb\u7ecd\u4e86\u6bd2\u7269\u5206\u6790\u65b9\u6cd5\u5f00\u53d1\u4e2d\u5e94\u8be5\u5c1d\u8bd5\u7684\u56fa\u5b9a\u76f8\u7c7b\u578b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C18 \u8272\u8c31\u67f1<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5927\u591a\u6570\u65b9\u6cd5\u5f00\u53d1\u4eba\u5458\u5c06 C18 \u8272\u8c31\u67f1\u89c6\u4e3a\u53cd\u76f8\u8272\u8c31\u4e2d\u7684&#8221;\u901a\u7528&#8221;\u6216&#8221;\u9996\u9009&#8221;\u8272\u8c31\u67f1\u3002C18\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u6210\u719f\u53ef\u9760\u7684\u9009\u62e9\uff0c\u975e\u5e38\u9002\u5408\u5206\u6790\u6bd2\u7406\u5b66\u4e2d\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u5927\u91cf\/\u591a\u7c7b\u5206\u6790\u7269\u3002C18 \u56fa\u5b9a\u76f8\u901a\u8fc7\u758f\u6c34\u4f5c\u7528\u5b9e\u73b0\u5bf9\u5f85\u6d4b\u7269\u7684\u4fdd\u7559\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5b83\u4eec\u5728\u5206\u6790\u5177\u6709\u4e0d\u540c\u6781\u6027\u7684\u5206\u6790\u7269\u65f6\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e0d\u9519\u7684\u9009\u62e9\uff0c\u4f46\u5b83\u4eec\u5bf9\u4e00\u4e9b\u82b3\u9999\u65cf\u5173\u952e\u5f02\u6784\u4f53\u7684\u9009\u62e9\u6027\u7a0d\u5dee\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5f53\u7136C18\u53ef\u4ee5\u5206\u6790\u4e00\u4e9b\u96be\u5206\u79bb\u7684\u5316\u5408\u7269\u3002\u7532\u57fa\u82ef\u4e19\u80fa\u548c\u82ef\u4e19\u80fa\u7684D\u578b\u548cL\u578b\u5f02\u6784\u4f53\u901a\u5e38\u9700\u8981\u624b\u6027\u8272\u8c31\u67f1\u624d\u80fd\u5b9e\u73b0\u5206\u79bb\uff0c\u624b\u6027\u67f1\u9664\u4e86\u6602\u8d35\u4ee5\u5916\u7528\u9014\u4e5f\u4e0d\u662f\u5f88\u5e7f\u6cdb\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u4e0d\u60f3\u7528\u624b\u6027\u67f1\u7684\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u6309\u7167\u7b80\u5355\u7684\u884d\u751f\u5316\u65b9\u6cd5\u5728\u6807\u51c6C18\u8272\u8c31\u67f1\u4e0a\u8fdb\u884c\u5206\u79bb\uff08\u56fe1\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5373\u4f7fC18\u65e0\u6cd5\u5206\u79bb\u6bd2\u7406\u5b66\u5206\u6790\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u7684\u6bcf\u79cd\u5f85\u6d4b\u7269\uff0c\u60a8\u7684\u67dc\u5b50\u4e2d\u4ecd\u7136\u5e94\u8be5\u6709\u4e00\u652fC18\u5907\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n<div Samples were allowed to cool to room temperature before the addition of 40 \u00b5L of 1M HCl in water. The sample was then vortexed and evaporated to dryness under nitrogen at 45 \u00b0C.
