Replace saturated traps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Examine the inlet and the detector. Clean or replace all dirty or corroded parts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Replace the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.restek.com\/c\/1210\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">inlet liner<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.restek.com\/c\/1219\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">septum<\/a>, and the injector seals (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.restek.com\/c\/1216\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.restek.com\/c\/1216\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">O-rings<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.restek.com\/c\/1211\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">inlet seals<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.restek.com\/c\/1191\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ferrules<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.restek.com\/c\/1111\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">etc<\/a>.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uncoil the column ends to make sure they are long enough to reach the injector and detector. Cut a few centimeters from each end of the column.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note: <\/strong>To correctly cut a capillary column, use a smooth-edged ceramic scoring wafer (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.restek.com\/p\/20116\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cat.# 20116<\/a>) and follow the directions provided in its instruction sheet (200-00-001).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"6\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For MXT columns, use your hands to gently straighten the ends of the column to remove the curve in the tubing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mount the column in the oven onto a support. For fused silica columns, ensure the support protects it from scratches. Center the column in the oven. This ensures uniform heat exposure generating consistent retention times.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Restek has several types of cages for fused silica columns. If you have a cage or column with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.restek.com\/p\/20109\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">high-temperature string<\/a>, do not remove it from the column.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"8\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Slide the nut and appropriate size ferrule onto the inlet end of the column. Cut an additional 2 cm from the end of the column to remove any residual ferrule material from the end of the column.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Install the column the appropriate distance into the injection port as indicated in your instrument manual.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set the carrier gas to the flow rate or inlet pressure recommended for the column or to your method flow rate\/pressure. Confirm presence of column flow by immersing the column outlet in a vial of solvent and looking for bubbles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Install the column into the detector as described in Steps 8\u20139. Set the detector gases to proper settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set the injector and detector temperatures. Do not exceed the column\u2019s maximum isothermal operating temperature (listed on the column box). Check column connections for leaks using a Restek Electronic Leak Detector (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.restek.com\/p\/28500\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cat.# 28500<\/a>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Purge the column at ambient temperature with carrier gas for at least 15 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Load your method to set the appropriate flow rates and temperatures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inject an unretained compound to verify the column is installed correctly and to determine the dead time. A symmetric peak indicates the column is installed correctly. Adjust the carrier gas flow as necessary to obtain proper dead time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Condition the column 20 \u00b0C above the final analysis temperature of your method, but do not exceed the column\u2019s maximum isothermal operating temperature. For most applications, one hour of conditioning is sufficient. For sensitive detectors or low-level analysis, longer conditioning times or conditioning the column at the maximum isothermal operating temperature may be beneficial. Extended time at high temperatures will not damage the column if precautions are taken to make sure the carrier gas is clean and is filtered for oxygen and water. Additionally, it is important to ensure the connections are leak free.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To confirm proper column and system performance, analyze a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.restek.com\/c\/1102\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">column test mix<\/a> or a known standard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your GC system is now ready to be calibrated and acquire data.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> When you intend to condition thick-film columns (film thickness &gt; 1 \u03bcm) at temperatures near the maximum isothermal operating temperature, it is recommended to do the initial one to two hours conditioning without a connection to the detector, making sure the column end exits the GC oven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Standby Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Short-Term: Leave the column in the GC with the carrier gas flow on at an oven temperature of 100-150 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Long-Term: Remove the column from the GC and seal the ends by carefully pushing each end into the curved edge of a septum. 28500<\/a>\uff09\u5bf9\u8272\u8c31\u67f1\u8fde\u63a5\u4ef6\u8fdb\u884c\u8f7d\u6c14\u6cc4\u9732\u68c0\u6d4b\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u5728\u73af\u5883\u6e29\u5ea6\u4e0b\u7528\u8f7d\u6c14\u5439\u626b\u8272\u8c31\u67f1\u81f3\u5c1115\u5206\u949f\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u52a0\u8f7d\u65b9\u6cd5\u4ee5\u8bbe\u7f6e\u9002\u5f53\u7684\u6d41\u901f\u548c\u6e29\u5ea6\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u8fdb\u6837\u4e00\u4e2a\u65e0\u4fdd\u7559\u7684\u7ec4\u5206\u4ee5\u68c0\u67e5\u8272\u8c31\u67f1\u5b89\u88c5\u662f\u5426\u6b63\u786e\u5e76\u786e\u5b9a\u6b7b\u65f6\u95f4\u3002\u5982\u679c\u5cf0\u5f62\u5bf9\u79f0\u5ea6\u5f88\u597d\uff0c\u8bf4\u660e\u5b89\u88c5\u6b63\u786e\u3002\u8c03\u6574\u8f7d\u6c14\u6d41\u901f\u4f18\u5316\u6b7b\u65f6\u95f4\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u5728\u9ad8\u4e8e\u5206\u6790\u65b9\u6cd5\u6700\u7ec8\u6e29\u5ea620\u00b0C\u7684\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\u8001\u5316\u67f1\u5b50\u3002\u4f46\u662f\u4e0d\u8981\u8d85\u8fc7\u8272\u8c31\u67f1\u5141\u8bb8\u7684\u6700\u9ad8\u7b49\u6e29\u5de5\u4f5c\u6e29\u5ea6\u3002\u4e00\u822c\u8001\u53161\u5c0f\u65f6\u5373\u53ef\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4f7f\u7528\u9ad8\u7075\u654f\u5ea6\u7684\u68c0\u6d4b\u5668 colonne MXT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration de l\u2019instrument et installation de la colonne<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Laisser refroidir tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments du chromatographe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u2019assurer que les pi\u00e8ges \u00e0 oxyg\u00e8ne et \u00e0 humidit\u00e9 ne sont pas satur\u00e9s. Les remplacer si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inspecter l\u2019injecteur et le d\u00e9tecteur. Nettoyer ou remplacer toutes les pi\u00e8ces sales ou corrod\u00e9es.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Changer l\u2019insert d\u2019injection, le septum et les joints de l\u2019injecteur (joint torique, plancher, ferrules\u2026).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9rouler la colonne de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 afin d\u2019obtenir des longueurs suffisantes pour atteindre l\u2019injecteur et le d\u00e9tecteur. Couper quelques centim\u00e8tres de chaque extr\u00e9mit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Pour couper une colonne, utiliser un coupe-tube en c\u00e9ramique (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.restek.com\/p\/20116\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">r\u00e9f. 20116<\/a>) et suivez les recommandations indiqu\u00e9es dans les instructions (r\u00e9f. 200-00-001).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"6\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pour les colonnes MXT, redressez doucement \u00e0 la main les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s de la colonne afin d&#8217;\u00e9liminer la courbure de la tubulure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monter la colonne dans le four sur un support qui la prot\u00e8ge des chocs et des rayures. Centrer la colonne dans le four pour assurer un chauffage homog\u00e8ne de celle-ci qui garantira des temps de r\u00e9tention coh\u00e9rents.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Certaines colonnes Restek sont maintenues dans leur cage par des fils haute-temp\u00e9rature blancs. Ne pas retirer ces fils.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"8\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enfiler l\u2019\u00e9crou et une ferrule appropri\u00e9e sur la colonne. Couper ensuite 2 cm \u00e0 l\u2019extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 de celle-ci pour \u00e9liminer les particules qui auraient pu entrer dans la colonne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Connecter la colonne \u00e0 l\u2019injecteur en respectant la longueur d\u2019introduction pr\u00e9conis\u00e9e par le fabricant de l\u2019appareil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9gler le d\u00e9bit ou la pression du gaz vecteur en fonction du diam\u00e8tre de la colonne et\/ou des conditions d\u2019analyse. S\u2019assurer du passage de gaz vecteur dans la colonne en plongeant l\u2019autre extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 dans un flacon contenant un solvant. Des bulles doivent s\u2019y former.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Connecter la colonne \u00e0 l\u2019injecteur comme d\u00e9crit aux \u00e9tapes 8-9. R\u00e9gler les gaz du d\u00e9tecteur selon les param\u00e8tres appropri\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9gler la temp\u00e9rature de l\u2019injecteur. Celle-ci ne doit pas d\u00e9passer la temp\u00e9rature maximale d\u2019utilisation de la colonne (indiqu\u00e9e sur la bo\u00eete). V\u00e9rifier l\u2019absence de fuites au niveau de la connexion de la colonne en utilisant le d\u00e9tecteur \u00e9lectronique de fuites Restek (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.restek.com\/p\/28500\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">r\u00e9f. 28500<\/a>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laisser la colonne sous gaz vecteur \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante au moins 15 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9gler les d\u00e9bits de gaz et la temp\u00e9rature du d\u00e9tecteur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Injecter un compos\u00e9 non retenu pour v\u00e9rifier que la colonne est correctement mont\u00e9e et pour d\u00e9terminer le temps mort et la vitesse lin\u00e9aire. Un pic sym\u00e9trique et fin indique que la colonne est correctement mont\u00e9e. Ajuster le d\u00e9bit de gaz vecteur pour obtenir le temps mort souhait\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conditionner la colonne jusqu\u2019\u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature sup\u00e9rieure de 20\u00b0C \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature finale pr\u00e9vue par la m\u00e9thode d\u2019analyse en veillant \u00e0 ne pas d\u00e9passer la temp\u00e9rature maximale d\u2019utilisation de la colonne. La mont\u00e9e en temp\u00e9rature doit \u00eatre progressive. Un gradient de 2 \u00e0 15\u00b0C\/min peut \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9. Le maintien pendant une heure de la colonne \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature de fin de conditionnement est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement suffisant. Une dur\u00e9e plus longue n\u2019endommage pas la colonne si des pr\u00e9cautions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 prises pour s\u2019assurer que le gaz vecteur est propre et exempt d\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne et d\u2019eau.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Injecter et analyser un m\u00e9lange-test ou un \u00e9chantillon connu pour v\u00e9rifier \u00e0 la fois le bon fonctionnement de la colonne et de l\u2019appareil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le syst\u00e8me analytique (GC et colonne) est d\u00e9sormais pr\u00eat \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Lorsque vous souhaitez conditionner une colonne \u00e0 film \u00e9pais (\u00e9paisseur de film &gt; 1\u00b5m) \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures proches de la temp\u00e9rature maximale en isotherme, il est recommand\u00e9 d\u2019effectuer le conditionnement initial pendant une \u00e0 deux heures sans la connecter au d\u00e9tecteur, en s\u2019assurant que l\u2019extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 de la colonne sort du four GC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conservation de la colonne pendant une p\u00e9riode d\u2019inactivit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>De courte\/moyenne dur\u00e9e :<\/strong> laisser la colonne mont\u00e9e dans le four sous balayage de gaz vecteur et \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature comprise entre 100\u00b0C et 150\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>De longue dur\u00e9e :<\/strong> d\u00e9monter la colonne du four et boucher chaque extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 en la piquant dans un septum. Dadurch werden Probleme beim Einbau von Fused Silica oder MXT GC Kapillars\u00e4ulen vermieden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ger\u00e4tevorbereitung &amp; S\u00e4uleninstallation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Alle heizbaren Zonen abk\u00fchlen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00dcberpr\u00fcfen Sie das Tr\u00e4gergasreinigungssytem (Sauerstoff und Feuchtigkeit), und ersetzen Sie verbrauchte Kartuschen falls notwendig.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Den Injektor und den Detektor inspizieren. Die S\u00e4ule sollte in der Ofenmitte angebracht sein. Dadurch wird eine einheitliche W\u00e4rmezufuhr gew\u00e4hrleistet, was zu gleichbleibenden Retentionszeiten f\u00fchrt.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bemerkung:<\/strong> Restek hat mehrere Arten von K\u00e4figen f\u00fcr Fused Silica S\u00e4ulen. Wenn Sie einen K\u00e4fig oder eine S\u00e4ule mit Hochtemperaturschnur haben, entfernen Sie diese auf keinen Fall von der S\u00e4ule!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"8\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Schieben Sie eine Nut und ein geeignetes Ferrule auf das Inletende der S\u00e4ule. Dabei das S\u00e4ulenende nach unten halten, um zu vermeiden, dass kleine Bruchst\u00fccke in die S\u00e4ule fallen. Jetzt nochmals 2 cm vom Ende der S\u00e4ule abschneiden, um Ferrulereste vom Ende zu entfernen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bauen Sie die S\u00e4ule in den Injektionsport ein und achten Sie darauf, dass der vom Hersteller vorgeschriebene Abstand eingehalten wird.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stellen Sie die gew\u00fcnschte Flussrate oder den notwendigen S\u00e4ulenvordruck ein. Stellen Sie sicher, dass Tr\u00e4gergas durch die S\u00e4ule flie\u00dft, indem Sie das S\u00e4ulenende in ein Vial mit L\u00f6sungsmittel tauchen und beobachten, ob es Bl\u00e4schen gibt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bauen Sie die S\u00e4ule gem\u00e4\u00df den Schritten 8 und 9 in den Detektor ein. Stellen Sie die Detektorgase richtig ein.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stellen Sie die Injektor- und Detektortemperatur ein. Vorsicht: \u00fcbersteigen Sie auf keinen Fall die maximale isotherme Arbeitstemperatur der S\u00e4ule (auf der S\u00e4ulenverpackung aufgef\u00fchrt). Das Inlet und alle S\u00e4ulenverbindungen auf Lecks \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen. Dazu am besten einen Restek Leckdetektor verwenden (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.restek.com\/p\/28500\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Art.-Nr. 28500<\/a>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sp\u00fclen Sie die S\u00e4ule bei Raumtemperatur mit Tr\u00e4gergas f\u00fcr mindestens 15 Minuten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laden Sie Ihre Methode, um die entsprechenden Flussraten und Temperaturen einzustellen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Injizieren Sie eine Substanz, die auf der S\u00e4ule nicht retardiert wird, um sicherzustellen dass die S\u00e4ule korrekt eingebaut ist und um die Totzeit zu bestimmen. Ein symmetrischer Peak zeigt korrekten S\u00e4uleneinbau an. Den Tr\u00e4gergasfluss falls notwendig justieren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Setzen Sie Ihre GC Ofentemperatur auf 40 \u00b0C, und stellen Sie eine Temperaturrate von 10 \u00b0C\/min ein. Konditionieren Sie die S\u00e4ule 20 \u00b0C \u00fcber der Endtemperatur Ihres Temperaturprogramms, aber niemals die maximale isotherme Arbeitstemperatur der S\u00e4ule \u00fcberschreiten. F\u00fcr die meisten Applikationen ist eine Stunde Konditionierung ausreichend. Bei Analysen mit empfindlichen Detektoren oder f\u00fcr Spurenanalysen empfiehlt es sich die Konditionierungsdauer zu verl\u00e4ngern. Die S\u00e4ule kann ohne Bedenken f\u00fcr l\u00e4ngere Zeit auf die isotherme Maximaltemperatur geheizt werden. Die S\u00e4ule wird dabei nicht besch\u00e4digt, solange Sie darauf achten, dass das Tr\u00e4gergas sauber ist und auf Sauerstoff und Feuchtigkeit gefiltert wird. Dar\u00fcber hinaus ist es wichtig, sicherzustellen, dass die Verbindungen dicht sind.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Um die korrekte Leistung von S\u00e4ule und System sicherzustellen, analysieren Sie ein S\u00e4ulentestgemisch oder einen bekannten Standard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ihr GC System ist jetzt zum Kalibrieren und zur Datensammlung bereit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bemerkung:<\/strong> Wenn Sie S\u00e4ulen mit dickem Film (Filmdicke &gt; 1 \u03bcm) bei Temperaturen nahe der oberen isotherme Temperaturgrenze der S\u00e4ule konditionieren, ist es empfehlenswert die S\u00e4ule w\u00e4hrend der ersten ein bis zwei Stunden zu konditionieren, ohne die S\u00e4ule an den Detektor anzuschlie\u00dfen. Stellen Sie dabei sicher, dass das S\u00e4ulenende den GC-Ofen verl\u00e4sst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Standby Bedingungen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kurzzeit:<\/strong> Lassen Sie die S\u00e4ule im Ger\u00e4t; mit Tr\u00e4gergasfluss bei einer Temperatur von 100 \u2013 150 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Langzeit:<\/strong> Entfernen Sie die S\u00e4ule vom Ger\u00e4t. Verschlie\u00dfen Sie die Enden, indem Sie ein St\u00fcck Septum auf jedes Ende schieben. Sostituire le trappole esauste.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ispezionare l\u2019iniettore e il detector. Pulire o sostituire tutte le parti sporche o corrose.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sostituire il liner dell\u2019iniettore, il setto e le guarnizioni dell\u2019iniettore (o-ring, guarnizioni per iniettore, ferrule, ecc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Srotolare le estremit\u00e0 della colonna in modo che siano abbastanza lunghe per raggiungere l\u2019iniettore e il detector. Tagliare alcuni centimetri da ciascuna estremit\u00e0 della colonna.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nota:<\/strong> Per tagliare correttamente una colonna capillare utilizzare un tagliacolonne in ceramica coi bordi lisci (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.restek.com\/p\/20116\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">n\u00b0 cat. 20116<\/a>) e seguire le indicazioni del foglio istruzioni (200-00-001).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"6\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Per le colonne MXT, raddrizzare con delicatezza le estremit\u00e0 della colonna in modo da eliminare la curvatura del tubo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Montare la colonna nel forno su un supporto. Per le colonne in silice fusa, controllare che il supporto protegga la colonna da eventuali graffi. Centrare la colonna nel forno, in modo che venga esposta in modo uniforme al calore, mantenendo i tempi di ritenzione costanti.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nota: <\/strong>Restek offre diversi tipi di cage per le colonne in silice fusa. Se hai una cage o una colonna con un cavo per alte temperature, non rimuoverlo dalla colonna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"8\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Inserire il dado e la ferrula di misura adeguata nell\u2019estremit\u00e0 della colonna verso l\u2019iniettore. Tagliare altri 2 cm dall\u2019estremit\u00e0 della colonna per eliminare eventuali residui di materiale della ferrula che potrebbero essersi depositati.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Installare la colonna alla distanza corretta nella porta di iniezione, come indicato nel manuale dello strumento.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Impostare la velocit\u00e0 di flusso o la pressione d\u2019ingresso del carrier gas pi\u00f9 indicati per la colonna o per la pressione\/velocit\u00e0 di flusso del tuo metodo. Per confermare la presenza del flusso nella colonna, immergere l\u2019estremit\u00e0 della colonna in un vial di solvente e osservare la formazione di bolle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Installare la colonna sul detector come indicato negli step 8-9. Impostare correttamente i gas del detector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Impostare correttamente la temperatura del detector e dell\u2019iniettore. Non superare la temperatura massima di esercizio isotermica della colonna (indicata sull\u2019imballaggio della colonna). Verificare l\u2019assenza di perdite nei raccordi della colonna utilizzando il Leak Detector elettronico di Restek (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.restek.com\/p\/28500\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">n\u00b0 cat. 28500<\/a>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spurgare la colonna a temperatura ambiente con carrier gas per almeno 15 minuti.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Caricare il metodo in uso per impostare le temperature e le velocit\u00e0 di flusso corrette.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Iniettare un composto non trattenuto per verificare che la colonna sia installata correttamente e per determinare il tempo morto. Un picco simmetrico indica che la colonna \u00e8 installata correttamente. Regolare il flusso del carrier gas per ottenere il tempo morto corretto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Condizionare la colonna a una temperatura di 20 \u00b0C superiore alla temperatura finale di analisi prevista dal tuo metodo, facendo attenzione a non superare la temperatura massima di esercizio isotermica della colonna. Per la maggior parte delle applicazioni \u00e8 sufficiente un\u2019ora di condizionamento. Per analisi in tracce o con detector sensibili potrebbe essere vantaggioso prolungare i tempi di condizionamento o condizionare la colonna alla temperatura massima di esercizio isotermica. Un tempo prolungato a temperature elevate non dannegger\u00e0 la colonna se vengono adottate precauzioni per garantire che il carrier gas sia pulito e filtrato da eventuali tracce di ossigeno e acqua. Inoltre \u00e8 importante verificare che non vi siano perdite nelle connessioni.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per verificare il corretto funzionamento della colonna e del sistema, analizzare una miscela test colonna o uno standard noto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Il tuo sistema GC \u00e8 ora pronto per essere calibrato e iniziare ad acquisire i dati.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nota:<\/strong> Quando devi condizionare colonne a film spesso (spessore &gt; 1 \u03bcm) a temperature prossime alla temperatura massima di esercizio isotermica, \u00e8 consigliabile effettuare il condizionamento iniziale per massimo due ore senza connessione al detector, assicurandosi che l\u2019estremit\u00e0 della colonna esca dal forno GC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Condizioni di standby<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per periodi brevi: Lasciare la colonna nel GC con il flusso del carrier gas aperto e la temperatura del forno a 100-150 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per periodi lunghi: Togliere la colonna dal GC e sigillare le estremit\u00e0 inserendole con attenzione nel bordo curvo di un setto. Sustituir las trampas saturadas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Examinar la entrada y el detector. Corte 2 cm. adicionales del extremo de la columna para eliminar cualquier material fragmentado de la f\u00e9rula dentro de la columna.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Instale la columna a la distancia apropiada en el inyector, como se indica en el manual de su instrumento.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajuste el gas portador al flujo o a la presi\u00f3n de entrada recomendada para la columna o para su m\u00e9todo de trabajo. Un pico sim\u00e9trico indica que la columna est\u00e1 instalada correctamente. Si es necesario, ajustar el flujo del gas portador para obtener un adecuado volumen muerto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acondicionar la columna 20\u00b0C por encima de la temperatura de an\u00e1lisis final de su m\u00e9todo. No exceder la temperatura m\u00e1xima de trabajo de su columna. Para la mayor\u00eda de aplicaciones, 1 hora de acondicionamiento es suficiente. Para detectores sensibles o an\u00e1lisis a bajos niveles, podr\u00edan ser beneficiosos tiempos de acondicionamiento m\u00e1s largos o acondicionar la columna a la m\u00e1xima temperatura. Alargar el tiempo a temperaturas altas no afectar\u00e1 negativamente el rendimiento de la columna mientras se tomen las precauciones para asegurar que el gas portador es limpio y la humedad y el ox\u00edgeno se han filtrado.
