\u548c\u8349\u94f5\u81a6\uff09\u8fdb\u884c\u76f4\u63a5\u5206\u6790\u662f\u5f88\u56f0\u96be\u7684\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5b83\u4eec\u4e0d\u80fd\u5f88\u597d\u5730\u4fdd\u7559\u5728\u53cd\u76f8\u67f1\u4e0a\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u4e0e LC-MS\/MS Raptor Polar X \u67f1\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u66f4\u597d\u7684\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5176\u65b0\u7684\u56fa\u5b9a\u76f8\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e0e\u6781\u6027\u9634\u79bb\u5b50\u5316\u5408\u7269\u66f4\u5f3a\u7684\u76f8\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u5b83\u5177\u6709\u6df7\u5408\u4fdd\u7559\u6a21\u5f0f\uff08HILIC \u548c\u79bb\u5b50\u4ea4\u6362\uff09\uff0c\u5e76\u63d0\u4f9b\u5f3a\u4fdd\u7559\uff0c\u4f46\u4ecd\u7136\u5141\u8bb8\u5206\u6790\u7269\u901a\u8fc7\u7b80\u5355\u7684\u6d41\u52a8\u76f8\u53d8\u5316\u5feb\u901f\u6d17\u8131\u4e3a\u5bf9\u79f0\u5cf0\u3002\u5728\u8fd9\u6b21\u5bf9\u83e0\u83dc\u7684\u6781\u6027\u519c\u836f\u7684\u5206\u6790\u4e2d\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e09\u79cd\u5316\u5408\u7269\u7684\u8272\u8c31\u6027\u80fd\u90fd\u5f88\u597d\uff0c\u603b\u5206\u6790\u65f6\u95f4\u53ea\u6709 The homogenate was placed into the freezer immediately. After centrifuging for 10 min at 4200 rpm, the supernatant was filtered through a 0.22 \u03bcm filter (<a class=\"ga-cgram-prod-link\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.restek.com\/p\/23984\" rel=\"noopener\">cat.# 23984<\/a>). The final extract was fortified with the AMPA, glufosinate, and glyphosate at a final concentration of 100 ng\/mL.<\/td><\/tr><\/table><\/div><\/div><\/div><div
